Sometimes breakfast sometimes lunch depends on the mood of the day.

Mom has the noodles with SPAMWong's Chinese Deli in Escalon - The best Char Shui in the Central Valley.
A little history on why we go to Escalon about 20 miles from Stockton. Mom and dad used to take their morning walk around the old south Stockton neighborhood from 1994 to 1998 {when they moved}. The rest break was at the Yum Yum Donuts on Charter Way {now Martin Luther King Ave}. The couple that owns and operates the Deli were still living in Stockton and would stop for their morning coffee and would chat with mom and dad on many occasions from about 1995. When we would drive to Escalon to get char shui in the 2000's mom would bring the Wong kids pencils and other little stuff. Well the older daughter is now a Freshman at Harvard and the son is a Junior in high school. So I told mom it was about time to stop with the pencils.
